Chicken Quesadillas

This was great. I omitted the chili powder b/c I was feeding little ones. I added a bit of sour cream and it was so creamy! Was a hit with the husband and kids. I found that 8 minutes in the oven was just right for the shells. Will definitely make this again!

Chocolate Chip Pie I

Tastes like a big cookie in a pie. I only added 1 stick of butter. Also, when pie was done, I added addtl choc chips to the top and spread out like frosting. Only bad thing is the chips seems to settle at the bottom during baking. Anyway - big hit!

Baked French Fries I

Great recipe! I agree with other posters...400 degrees for 45 minutes - turning them twice. I also added parmesan cheese for extra flavor which turned out great! My kids (ages 3.5 and 1.5) LOVED this also.
