Honey Cornbread
I subbed 1 cup of fat free yogurt for the heavy cream, and 1/4 cup of EVOO for the veg oil. Also added a little sea salt. This is a keeper! Light, and just enough sweet and crumbly. YUM!

Zucchini Bread III
Great bread. I add 1/4 cup of flax seed and use applesause in lieu of oil, but no other changes.

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough
This is our favorite crust. As others suggested, be sure to pre-bake and loosen from pan prior to adding toppings. Also, will need some white flour near for your hands as the dough is somewhat sticky.
