I've tried to make Cream Puffs twice in my life, and both times they turned out flat, I could never figure out why. I also tend to put too much salt in everything. I try to tone it down when I'm cooking for other people, but it's so hard!

This recipe is one of my favorites from this site. I love the combination of flavors, it's very different from anything else I've made. The only change I make is that I always use cream of mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken.

The Amazing Swedish Meatball
These were just what I was looking for! I could tell that 1 tbsp. would be too much salt in the sauce, so I reduced it to 1 tsp. and it came out great!
