I am 24 year old, happily married and have 2 beautiful boys. Caleb will be 4 in July and Weston will be 2 in August. I love cooking and baking. Especially for my boys' daycare parties and classes. I love cooking for family and I love entertaining. Desserts, pasta dishes, chinese dishes, just anything. When I was a child, Saturday morning was always time for the family to all get together and cook a big breakfast. So now I do that with my family every Saturday mornings. My children love it, especially cracking the eggs. I made a Baby shower cake for my cousin and a Sweet 16 B-day cake for my sister recently. I was very proud of them. I have never made anything so big before and really had to decorate well. The first time I ever tried to bake a cake larger than 4 layers was a disaster. I was trying my grandmothers 11 layer Chocolate cake. I got to about the 6th or 7th layer and it was already around 12 inches high. I obviously did not measure out the layers correctly. I have learned from that experience and can ow master a 11 layer cake.
