I'm married to the love of my life, Beth. We have two beautiful children. I love having parties just so I can cook. I love trying to push my boundaries and I rarely cook anything less than great. But that's just me. I'm a musician at heart but a soldier by trade. Coq au Vin. It is easy enough to do, but really makes an impression and tastes great! We all love to eat. So cooking has always been a means to get to the eating. Working twelve hour days and still cooking a healthy home cooked meal for my family. OH...and Christmas dinner 2004. Right before my brother deployed to Iraq and a few months before I deployed to Afghanistan. It was super special and I have never eaten a bird so delicious. Uhm...Hawaiian Surprise. Le sigh.
