Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
The spice mix is great for seasoning poultry. I skipped the butter though. I just added 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to deglaze the pan, then let the water boil down until a sticky sauce forms. Great flavor. I use cold leftovers for salads.

Flavorful Beef Stir-Fry
Good Recipe. Made with London Broil/Round steak. Sliced meat super thin while frozen. Used 1/3 less soy sauce. Used chinese cooking wine for the liquid. Marinated overnight.
