Once made three gallons of salad dressing, mistaking the salt for the sugar. It produced a substance so briny it would pickle the tongue of a dragon.

Not Your Average Grilled Chicken
The butterfly technique worked well, the chicken was very tender, but I felt it lacked flavor. Next time I would add a bit of lemon or lime or garlic, something with a kick.
