Jalapeno Popper Spread
EXCELLENT!! I had a big crowd so increased as I thought fit and the results were perfect.. used 3 blocks of cream cheese, a 4 oz can of chopped jalapenos, a 7 oz can of chopped grn chilies and stuck w/ 1 c of mayo. I put all of this in an 8x8 dish topped w/ parmsean and bread crumbs (I really wanted to use panko but I was out, I will next time) sprayed with olive oil and baked at 325 for 25 min. everyone went nuts over this and I even had men emailing me for the recipe the following day. I could have easily doubled what I did and it would have been gone! The kids loved it as well. I served with Triscuit Thin Crisp and Pita Chips...This was a winner!

Tortellini Minestrone
Made this today and we really liked it. I too sustituted tomato sauce for the ketchup, eliminated the bell peppers and used spicy turkey italian sausagealso reduced the beef broth to 4c and made up the other 2 1/2 w/ water. Served w/ a crusty loaf of french bread this made a perfect cold Sunday afternoon meal. definately a "keeper"!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
These were great. I made 6 large patties which held together great. Versatile enough that the whole family could dress them to their taste. I topped mine with green salsa, hubby topped his with Heinz 57 & pepper jack cheese, kids used ketchup. I used 1/2 reg grd turkey & 1/2 grd white turkey, 1 whole egg & substituted seasoned Panko for the bread crumbs as that is all I had. Will definately make these again.
