I am a retired person, I was a designer in Engineering I love to cook and I find this web site very interesting it has as far as I am concerned a very huge varitey of recipes, I like it very much. I like to cook pasta well, I was brought up on it being Italian, and I also like to make Italian sauces for pasta. Pasta, and sauces etc. Lasagna,eggplant parm.,chicken cutlet parm. crab sause, lobster sauces,pasta and squash,pasta and broccli,etc. I really don't recall if any, I guess I started very slow.
