This was very good. I did make a couple adjustments. I made my own bread crumbs from left over Italian bread. I also added 3 cloves of garlic to the meatball mix, was on the generous side of all the measurements and used Romano cheese instead of Parm. I also sauted the extra onion I had and added that to the broth along with a couple shakes of Italian seasoning and 2 bay leaves. I didn't add the spinach until the very end. All in all it was very satifying.
