Excellent and very easy. I did add a small amount of garlic powder to the sauce. Thanks!

Cranberry Sauce II

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2009
So easy and so good! I make this recipe all the time, I've made it exactly as written, and the only thing I've changed recently is to cut the sugar in half. (But I do prefer a little more tart to the cranberry sauce. If you like it sweeter, this recipe is perfect the way it is.) Great recipe!

Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
This is the easiest and best soup! The only thing I did differently was to bake the squash at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes with a little olive oil/salt/pepper. Amazing! Thanks so much for the recipe. It's going to get a lot of use this fall.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

This recipe is delicious! The only change I made was to dip the chicken breasts into flour, then the egg and coating. It seemed to help the crumbs stick better. Thanks for the great recipe.

Hash Brown Casserole II

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2006
I made this recipe without adding any of the butter to the mixture (only a little on top to help brown the topping), and it was delicious and creamy. This recipe really doesn't require the added fat and calories of the butter. Thanks for the recipe.

This recipe is delicious. I didn't have any honey so I used brown sugar instead. My boyfriend loved it. We will definitely make it again.

Scallop Scampi

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2006
This was such a delicious recipe. I followed some of the previous suggestions and added green onions, shrimp and mushrooms. The sauce turned out perfect, but it may be because I used ricotta and parmesan cheese instead of romano. I also adjusted the sauce to be thicker by adding about 2 tbsp of cornstarch dissolved in cold milk before adding the cheese. This really is a great, restaurant quality pasta. Thanks for sharing!

Pretty good recipe. Took me a while to make and the prep work was messy. I think next time I will just toss everything into a bag and shake it. Good flavor though, I will make it again.

I did not like this recipe at all. It was far too much orange (I was looking for a recipe that mimicked the flavor of White Spot Restaurant's Orange Beef Stirfry)

Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2006
This recipe was great. I modified it a little, but it turned out amazingly well. I rubbed the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder and pepper then browned them. I also added 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon corn starch to the ketchup mixture. I put the pork chops in the oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. They were moist and the sauce turned out to be the perfect thickness.
