Swedish Rye Bread
Totally delicious recipe! Deserves 10 stars. I live in Denmark and try to get my hands on Swedish bread as often as possible. This recipe is so good and so Swedish tasting! I do substitute butter for the shortening. I've tried it with molasses and with dark corn syrup. Both are delicious. Also, I make two big loaves which gives more moistness to the bread.

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese
Wonderful recipe that I've been using/had for years. My kids love it! I do leave out the bread crumbs, butter, and parsley the last times I've made it but I've also tried it with and it's good, too.

Breaded Flounder Fillets
Great recipe. Used plaice instead of flounder and olive oil to fry in (didn't need all that much). Left out the parmesan and it was still very nice.
