Step #3 will clarify your confusion. This is baked in the oven for 20 minutes - then you let it stand for 1 hour before serving. That adds up to 1 Hr. & 20 min. before it would be ready to be served.

Mom's Best Meatloaf
Probably a 4.5 star recipe flavorwise, but it just crumbled coming out of the loaf pan. Will try this again, but I'll compensate for how moist it was.

Butternut and Apple Harvest Soup
It is good, but lacked a layer of flavor for us. I did as some reviewers said, and used a sweet potato and added cayenne. It did have a kick from the cayenne but was still just a bit "flat".
