Honey Grilled Chicken

Great recipe! However, I did kick it up a notch by stir frying jalapeno peppers(fresh/sliced)in EVOO instead of butter. The combination of the heat from the peppers and the honey was really good. If you do not like hot peppers you probably would not like my changes.

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

Recipe is very good. Reading the reviews gave me several ideas. I added a roll of spicy sausage(sauteed the sausage with onion and chopped fresh jalapeno peppers)and I also use the corn muffin mix without sugar. My hubby does not like his cornbread sweet. Recipe is another great way to use up the fresh zucchini.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Very good! I made this to take to a luncheon at church.The chopped fresh veggies in with the pasta definitely enhanced the taste and I love the color they added to the dish.I made packaged Hidden Valley dressing mix and it was great. Will definitely keep this recipe to use again.
