My cooking triumphs
When I cooked at local cafe made pineapple passionfruit cheesecake and had people come from our nearest city which is Auckland (3 and half hours drive away) just to eat my cheesecake!
My cooking tragedies
when i was 13 learning to cook made pavlova our tradtional dessert it is supposed be high and fluffy, but mine was so flat like a frisbee, so my sister and i played with outside before giving it to the birds

Apple Pie Filling
nice and easy recipe, the sauce tastes lovely, next time will add less water like other reviewers suggested.Looking forward to homemade apple pies and apple crumble this winter. this one is for keeps in my recipe collection just made apple crumble with the filling the i had freezed down omigod it is the best apple pie filling i've eaten.

Fudge Puddles
made them yesterday there is only five left kids love them, they are sharing them with friends at school. so they are a hit in our family

Best Carrot Cake Ever
I haven't even frosted it yet, simply delcious!! left out raisins did'nt have any. Still yummy
