Almond-Crusted Tilapia
I really enjoyed this recipe! The crust was really tasty and went well with the white flaky fish! I had no problems with it sticking to the pan (I have t-fal pans) and did not add extra butter. I sprinkled an italian cheese blend on top, it worked really well! I might add extra pepper and spices next time but the almond/parm taste is good on itw own too...
