Creamy Chow Mein Chicken
Ok...This was a very good and relatively easy dish. The only problem is that I don't think it really tastes "chinese" or "Asian" in anyway, and I expected that considering the ingredients, but in and of itself it was still very good, and had a great crunchy texture. I did change a few things in the recipe. I used chopped grilled pork tenderloin that I had left over instead of chicken, and I didn't put the chow mein noodles in it while it was baking cause I didn't want it to get mushy. Instead, I steamed some rice and served the creamy meat mixture over it and then topped it all off with some chow mein noodles....It was wonderful, and it looked really good too. Thanks for the recipe. I will definately use this one again!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
Ok...maybe it was me...I never made homemade fudge before, but I consider myself a very experienced baker, and rarely have I ever had anything I've ever made come out this bad. I read all the reviews and made sure to follow the recipe to the letter. What I got, was a very dry and dull looking fudge. It tasted ok if you could get past how it looked and the intial dryness...but I guess I won't be making fudge again for a while. This really discouraged me. Sorry.

Snickerdoodles I
All I can say about these cookies is that they are wonderful!! I baked a bunch of goodie baskets for my family and friends this Christmas and this was one of the items I included. Everyone said that they wanted the recipe and that they had to hurry and make more before the holidays were over cause everyone wanted more...LOL! I did use the butter flavered Crisco, and followed everything else exactly. The only bad thing, and it isn't really bad, is that they do become more crunchy the next day, but they are still SOOOOO wonderful!!!!
