Mexican Bean Salad
This was amazing! I served it at a party and people werre going back for thirds. The only thing I changed was adding a little extra sugar to the dressing. I will be making this again and trying it inside a taco w/ some avacado. Great recipe!

Bob's Bean Salad
This is amazing! I served it at a recent party and people were going back for thirds! We've decided that we'd try this for the insides of a vegitarian taco as well. The only thing I changed was adding a little bit more sugar to the dressing.
