Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Great recipe. I used 1/2 low fat mayo and 1/2 light sour cream. I even added a 1/2 a pack of cream cheese. We love spinache and artichoke, so I added extra. Turned out wonderful with Tostitos Scoops!!!

Creamy Butternut Squash With Cinnamon Soup
Very good and full of flavor. I added a stalk of celery and used sweet potato. I also divided the squash, seasoned with butter and brown sugar and baked it for an hour. I was much easier to cube and blend. I used 2 cans of broth and added light cream to my liking to make it creamy. So, so yummy!!!

Mustard Crusted Tilapia
We loved this recipe!!! We are big fish eaters and this was a nice change. I used Grey Poupon Harvest course mustard. I doubled the paste and it was just enough. Mustard works well with fish. Definitely a keeper. Served with garlic wine broccoli.
