I just made these :) I made 12 muffins. They are Fantastic! only change I will make next time is to reduce the Br. sugar to 1/2 a cup.... overpowers the taste of the banana's' They set up Beautifully! This recipe is a keeper! thank's J.R. May! :)

I Love Bread Pudding! and this is VERY GOOD! Followed the recipe to the T but i also added about a half a cup of my Carnation Vanilla Coffee Creamed for a richer flavor! ;) I also love a custard sauce, to pour over it, makes it even better, but I made an instant vanilla pudding to serve with it this time! Very good! Thank's for sharing Ellen!
