Scalloped Cheese Potatoes
This was an excellent side dish. I used cream of onion soup since there are some mushroom haters in the house. I only had one can, so I supplimented with sour cream. I added some seasoning salt to keep the sour cream from making it too bland. I probably also added more cheese than the recipe called for. I add those things by sight, and I'm pretty sure I added about 3 cups. My family loved it!

Wake-Up Casserole
Super recipe - We have it regularly for a "breakfast" dinner - One thing I've changed is that I now make it with tater tots instead of hash browns. I did it one time when I didn't have hash browns in the freezer, and everyone loved it. It seems to allow the egg to mix with the potatoes better, and makes for a great texture.
