Grill Dough

I have never dared cook pizza on the grill before but I did it last night and it was so easy and tasted amazing. The base is crispier than oven pizza but much more authentic, just like from a wood oven. Thank you for sharing, we will make all of our pizza this way in future.

Peppermint Meringues

I added a little red food colouring, peppermint essence and stirred in some of the crushed candy cane to the egg white just before spooning onto cookie sheet. Just as well they are fat free because they are just addictive.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Never having made Coconut Cream Pie before I have nothing to compare it with but it is easy to make and tastes divine. Will definitely make again, thank you!
