My cooking triumphs
With the help of Allrecipes.com, I have been able to come up with a menu that so many people love! Everyone thinks that I am a great cook, but that will be our little secret! I have been asked to cater several events between 80 and 200 people and everyone just raves about the food! I have a few 'key' recipes from this website and I have come out smelling like a rose! Thanks for making me look so good and for allowing me the confidence to bless many people with good food.

Creamy Veggie Fondue
I had my first Fondue party and served several different cheese and chocolate fondues. This was, by far, the favorite of the evening. It was easy, creamy and maintained a great texture.

Great Grandma's Pork and Sauerkraut
This was so easy and good. Everyone in my family loved it. I doubled the recipe and served it with boiled potatoes.

Candied Citrus Peel
Made this with some grapefruit that my friend picked off of her tree for me. Everyone, young and old, LOVED these little 'candies'! It was my first time peeling the thin outer portion from a grapefruit so I used several different techniques, but in the end they all looked, cooked and tasted the same. I can't wait to try other citrus fruits. Thank you for posting.
