Mom's Zucchini Bread
Undoubtedly the BEST zucchini bread recipe I have ever tried. The only change I made was to use 1/2 tsp of salt instead of 1 whole tsp (and I make this change to ALL recipes, because I try to limit my salt intake). I have made this over and over again and each time it is perfect and always a hit with my friends and family!

Jo Jo's Favorite Banana Muffins
Based on other reviewers, I made a few changes to the recipe. I used 4 VERY ripe bananas to enhance the banana flavor and added 1/4 tsp of vanilla to give it an extra kick, while decreasing the cinnamon to 1/2 tsp instead of 1 whole tsp. I also added an 1/8 cup more sugar, and lessened the salt to 1/4 tsp. The result was fantastic - incredibly moist and delicious. I would definitely make these again.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
My fiance and I really enjoyed this pot roast. I did change the recipe a bit. I increased the amount of carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes, and only used a 2-1/2 lb roast. I also added garlic and mushrooms. As others suggested, I used a can of beef broth instead of water, which gave the vegetables a bit more 'oomph!' I was able to make a nice gravy with the juices at the end, which paired nicely with the cornbread I served with it. I would definitely make this again, but would pour or skim off some of the grease towards the end before making the gravy.
