Cabbage and Smoked Sausage Soup
This is not my favorite cabbage soup recipe. I did use chicken broth and skipped the bouillon cubes, and I only used 1- 8 oz. can of the tomato sauce (I presume that 8 was a typo) and I thouht I bought a good sausage, but did not care for the flavor. I would suggest cutting back a little on the sausage and chopping it up a bit after slicing it. Someone suggested adding potatoes, I think I would try that if I make it again.

Cranberry Pudding
This is more like a cranberry bread or dense cake than a pudding. The sauce is ok but it doesn't do alot for the "cake". Not a keeper for me

Cranberry Pudding
I followed a reviewers advice and put the pudding in a 9x13 pan, increasing the ingredients 1 1/2 times so it would fit the pan better. I covered it with foil and baked it in another (little bigger) pan of water at 325. I think it turned out the way it was supposed to, the berries popped and it was not sour. My problem was with the sauce, it was gritty from the sugar. I am going to try it again since the flavor was good.
