Mexican Bean Salad
I added chaat masala and chopped green apples to it. Also skipped the olive oil, vinegar, sugar but tripled the celentro and seasoned to taste with salt, black pepper and lime juice. All this made it somewhat Indian tasting with slight sweetness to go with Indian cuisine. It disappeared very fast!
