i am 28yrs old, korean, about to go back to school for nursing study. currently am residing in pembroke pines, florida with my handsome and great marine boyfriend. he is the one who actually got me into cooking and baking~i love eating healthy and here and there i love endulging in delicious cookies and pies. some of the korean dishes are pretty familiar. i may be able to give it a try and make kimchee, but haven't tried yet~recently i have been making tom ka gai, thai red curry, and indian curry a lot and all three recipes are from allrecipes.com! i love baking. i have baked madeleine, sourcream raisin cookie, macaroon, coffeecake, carrot cake, and the list goes on. i can't think of any cooking traditions. perhaps lots of korean cooking? very very spicy! indian chicken curry i specially prepared for my boyfriend when he returned from hard day at work; he was very impressed and didn't know how to thank me! he likes my cooking than the restaurant cook's. lemon cookies i baked went all flat like a piece of paper. something must have been done very wrong.
