My son said "You need to make these more often than the other chocolate chip cookies." I never thought the original chocolate chip cookie would be downgraded (LOL).

Shrimpcargot

Great flavor, hubby gives it a big thumbs up. Since I used the large portabella caps, I used 2 shrimp on each. I also added just a bit of Italian bread crumbs on top. :)

Cucumber Sunomo

I started using this recipe a while ago and it has become a standard. Goes fabulously well with grilled and/or asian style dinners. (Loved it even more when I discovered the local sushi bar had a similar dish!)

Margarita Cake

Rave reviews, took this cake to a themed party and there wasn't a single bite or crumb left behind. I used a tube pan in place of the bundt pan. I also mixed the liquid ingredients for glaze and slowly added it to the confectioners sugar to desired consistency as all the liquid was not needed.

Comforting Cube Steaks

This was good but not terrific. If I'm in a pinch I would make it again but wouldn't seek it out to do over and over again.

Sprinkles Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2006
I used a standard muffin pan and a medium ice cream scoop resulting in 1 dozen muffins. Rainbow Sprinkles melted but the holiday style sprinkles stayed intact. They look pretty....but that's about it.

Strawberry Muffins

Spontaneous YUMM's from the peanut gallery give this recipe a definite thumbs up. I used fresh strawberries and followed the recipe as written. After reading reviews that expressed concern for sweetness we experimented and found brushing the top of the baked muffin with melted butter and dipping it in sugar provided the answer for us.

Asian Carryout Noodles

I have to agree that this did not taste like any take-out I've ever had either. At least it was edible.

Maria's Rice

After reading some of the reviews I baked this at 350 degrees for the full hour. The rice around the edges was a little dry and hard but the flavor was good!
