Georgie's Mango Papaya Salad
This was a really tasty salad and perfect for what I had in mind. I did use less vinegar and butter but that is just a personal preference.

Country Herbed Meat Loaf
this was a great meat-loaf. I try to go back and forth with a dry and wet meat-loaf so the family doesn't get too bored. They really seemed to like it, especially my daughter since she helped so much. Only change I made was red and green peppers instead of shrooms since I didn't have any. Oh and i do love my garlic oil, so i used that instead of olive.

Slow Cooker London Broil
This came out great. I added a little woceseter sauce and red wine, but kept everything else the same. Made mashed potatoes and mixed veggies and some rolls. Used the sauce as is for gravy. Was afraid of using the whole pouch of soup would be too salty but i just made sure not to add salt to potatoes or anything and it all worked out great! I am happy to say that a family of five ate every last drop and that does not happen very often with my family since there is always someone who does not like something lol
