I made a bean salad once with kidney beans and green beans. The green beans were supposed to be 'blanched' but I didn't see so I served them raw.

Six Week Bran Muffins
Instead of the 1 cup of sugar, I used 1/2 cup of Splenda brown sugar to cut down the calories. It tastes just as good. I also added 1tsp vanilla extract when creaming the eggs, buttermilk and sugar. Great recipe, tastes just like the muffins from Starbucks!

Semmelknoedel (Bread Dumplings)
This is a very tempting recipe to eat!!!!! I couldn't stop and neither could my mom. I'm taking German at school though, and I think the spelling is SEMMELKNĂ–DEL
