This is a great recipe for those times when you want a sugar cookie that doesn't require rolling out and cutting. I had to bake mine a little longer than the time stated in the recipe. The cookies are slightly rounded, crunchy and sugary on the outside and soft on the inside. Simple and delicious.

Dense and moist, with a nice butterscotch flavor, not too sweet. I sprinkled powdered sugar on the top. It would also probably be good with a light orange glaze.
