Fresh Salsa
Very good, sweet & flavorful. I think I may leave some jalapeno seeds in next time to make it a little spicier. Added a can of black beans and kernel corn (both rinsed) and did not use jicama.

Angel Chicken Pasta
very yummy!! next time i will use half as much cream cheese, because it was a little thick.

Shepherd's Pie VI
This was very good! I only made a few substitutions based on our diet and what I had available. I used ground chicken, vegi-broth, tomato paste, and powdered gravy in loo of beef, beef broth, ketchup, and flour.
