Baked Fresh Cherry Pie
The pie was very solid; I wanted to avoid a runny pie, but I would still add less tapioca next time. I would also cut out the almond extract; as another reviewer stated, it overwhelms the cherries. It tasted like an almond pie with a fruity texture.

Garlic Sauteed Artichokes
While delicious (eventually) the artichokes were absolutely NOT done in the recommended time. I just left them to simmer well after we had all finished dinner and checked on them about an HOUR later and they were overdone but at least they were done! Next time I will steam them like I normally do until they are almost done and then quickly sautée them afterwards.

Lemon Herb Barbeque Sauce for Chicken
Really popular with my entire family. Leftovers were wonderful cold in salad and pita sandwiches.
