Chili I
I found this to be the basis for a very good chili recipe. I have made it twice now with my own changes, I personnaly think that much chili powder is overkill and cut the amount in half. I also added a whole habenero pepper to the pot for some great flavour. For the beer I used Guiness stout, and I cut the sugar (brown) in half as well. This chili has a well balanced flavour between spices. Very good.
