The lime, Honey and Cilantro give this fish a wonderful aroma. The flavor is pretty hard to resist too. Great recipe

A wonderful rolled cake and nice filling. This recipe is very easy to do, the only trick is peeling the wax paper off the roll when it comes out of the oven and not to let it sit too long.

I found this to be the basis for a very good chili recipe. I have made it twice now with my own changes, I personnaly think that much chili powder is overkill and cut the amount in half. I also added a whole habenero pepper to the pot for some great flavour. For the beer I used Guiness stout, and I cut the sugar (brown) in half as well. This chili has a well balanced flavour between spices. Very good.
