Meatball Alphabet Soup

My family enjoyed this soup. I added some zesty italian seasoning to the soup to spice it up a bit. The meatballs were bland in my opinion though. Next time, I'd just use frozen meatballs. Thanks!

Sonflower Suzi's Pasta Perfect

Pretty good. As the recipe is, it was a good fit for my kids. For me, it was on the bland side. I love lemon so I added extra lemon and pepper to my portion.

Pasta e Fagioli a la Chez Ivano

Excellent! Tried to make it a bit healthier, used ground turkey and added a bit of fennel to give the turkey some flavor. Cut way back on the olive oil. Also used low sodium beef broth instead of regular. Best thing I've made in a while.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Very good. Took the other raters' advice about it being too spicy, so I started on the bland side. I added seasonings as it cooked to get it the way I liked it. I cut the chicken broth to one can and cooked it for 35 minutes. It came out plenty thick that way.

Golden Potato Soup

As the other reviewers stated, this recipe is great! I used sharp cheddar cheese in place of american and left out the meat. My whole family loved it. It tasted exactly like a soup I recently had at a five star restaurant.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Excellent and easy. I used a store bought rotisserie chicken and fresh marjoram. I also doubled the veggies. Even my fussy four year old loved it.

Spiced Baked Apples

Very tasty. I made a few minor changes. I used orange juice instead of some of the water and orange peel because it's what I had on hand. I also reduced the nutmeg. I used Cortland apples and did bake for longer.

Laurie's Stuffed Peppers

Excellent recipe! I made some minor modifications...I mixed the rice with the meat mixture and poured spaghetti sauce over the peppers rather than using more diced tomatoes. Lastly ,I skipped the cheese. We'll make this again. Thanks for sharing!
