About this Cook
Single mom who started learning how to cook as soon as I found out my son was on his way. I love learning about cooking, watch all the cooking shows on TV, buy all sorts of cook books, look up recipes on-line, try recipies from packaging, anything really...Hope to one day be a great cook so I can whip up delicious things for the people that I love!
My favorite things to cook
Seafood. Anything really. I love learning about different cooking methods and different food from all over the globe.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Big dinners on Holidays and Special occasions, we love food!
My cooking triumphs
Greatest accomplishment so far has been cooking up my persian boyfriend's favorite dish, Gormeh-Sabzi. He loved it! Also, I've managed to roast a turkey for the past 2 years successfully & my family says it keeps getting better so that kind of makes me proud, aww...
My cooking tragedies
Not many, I try to put in all my efforts in anything that I make and try to fix my mistakes to make the best of 'em.

Meatball Sandwich
Love these meatballs! I'll be using this regularly in my meal planning. Boyfriend and son really liked the meatball subs. Only thing, next time I'll try making my own sauce vs. store-bought. Thanks for sharing.

Dijonnaise Chicken
This was great! Chicken was super-moist and the taste was simply delish. I followed the advice of another reviewer and added a couple of teaspoonfuls of light mayo for my kid, boyfriend and child loved it! Quite easy to throw together too. I'll be making this again. Thanks for sharing!

Easy Mexican Casserole
What an awesome and easy recipe. I followed everything exactly just to see how it turned out on its own, very yummy. Next time, I will try some of the variations other reviewers used, just to mix it up a bit. Thank you so much for sharing!
