Chicken Biryani
This was great! The version of biryani (there are many) that I'm familiar with doesn't have potatoes, so I left that ingredient out. Also, the ghee made all the difference!

Mushroom and Potato Chowder
Very nice! I left out the cream and just let it thicken, and it was still delicious!

Fresh Tomato Zucchini Soup
This was really nice, but it took a long time for the pureed onions and tomatos to cook. Delicious, but not a quick recipe.
