Kielbasa Alfredo

This was good. We used turkey kielbasa and a jar and a half of alfredo sauce. We also used ziti because we didn't have egg noodles. I think it worked well together.

We really enjoyed this. I didn't use the oil but did run olive oil on it as recommended in another review. I was afraid the spiced would be overpowering but they weren't. I cooked this in a crockpot for 8 hours and it was so tender.

Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

I served this along with fresh french bread to dip in it and it was so good. I agree with others that this recipe doesn't make a lot so you may want to double or triple it.

Roasted Pork Loin

Slow-Cooked Country Ribs in Gravy

EAGLE BRAND® Chocolate Fondue

This chocolate fondue was fantastic. Just be sure to watch it and stir it all the time. My first batch was a bust but the second time was very good. We usually just melt chocolate bars but I decided to try this and I'm so glad I did.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

I loved the taste of the garlic with the asparagus. I had to substitute olive oil for butter because of dietary needs but would have loved to try it with the butter. Very simple and tasty.

Turkey Tenderloins

We grilled the tenderloins instead of broiling them and they were very good. Other than that, I followed the recipe as is and we really enjoyed the taste that came from the marinade.

American Chop Suey II

This was very good. I was worried about using tomato soup (I have always used sauce in the past) but it was tasty. The only thing I added was to place the mixture in a glass pan and cover it with american cheese slices. I put it in the oven and baked until until the cheese melted. (This was what my grandmother always did)

Turkey Sausage Breakfast

We really enjoyed this. It was a nice, light dinner. I also cut down the cooking time to 50 minutes. Otherwise I cooked it exactly as stated in the recipe and it was very good.

Amish Macaroni Salad

This was so good!!! I used very little sugar because I prefer it less sweet. I tripled the recipe and it was a huge hit. Except for the sugar, I followed the recipe exactly as stated.

Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This was so tasty. We had to roast it in the oven instead of grilling but it was still so good. I can't wait to try it on the grill. This is the first time I have used rosemary (novice) and the smell and taste was great.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

These were delicious. I did not use onion because my husband dislikes onions. I did add some onion powder. The burgers did not fall apart and the bacon cooked up fantastic. These will be made a number of times this summer.

French Toast Souffle

I made this for Easter breakfast and everyone enjoyed it. The only two changes I made were to use cinnamon bread instead of white. The bread is firmer and added a great taste. I also used only 6 eggs as others have stated in their reviews. This will be made for all special occasions.
