About this Cook
I am a newleywed looking to make new and exciting meals. My husband and I did live together for a few years before the wedding and we always ate the same old things. I am loving all the new recipes.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy cooking all the slow cooker meals because it makes my husband very happy. I also enjoy different ways to make chicken. I enjoy eating grilled foods (but he does that cooking) =)

Kielbasa Alfredo
This was good. We used turkey kielbasa and a jar and a half of alfredo sauce. We also used ziti because we didn't have egg noodles. I think it worked well together.

Italian Roast Beef I
We really enjoyed this. I didn't use the oil but did run olive oil on it as recommended in another review. I was afraid the spiced would be overpowering but they weren't. I cooked this in a crockpot for 8 hours and it was so tender.

Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon
I served this along with fresh french bread to dip in it and it was so good. I agree with others that this recipe doesn't make a lot so you may want to double or triple it.
