Talk of the Town SUPERBurgers
I should have saved the meat. I realized this was a mistake when I looked at 8 cups of crushed chips and 3 pounds of hamburger meat...but I went ahead. We had chicken that night.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers
This is a really yummy burger to grill. The only adjustment I made was to put the cheese in the center of the raw patty instead of mixing it through the meat. Makes a little surprise middle bite and I like a meaty burger without the distraction of cheese throughout. Very good recipe!

Hot and Sour Chicken Soup
This is a very good rendition of the retaurant soup. To bring it closer to authentic we added more cornstarch until the right thickness. Added chile paste for heat by the quarter teaspoon and individuals added a bit more soy for saltiness. But a good base to start with. Nice!
