My favorite things to cook
Recently I am enjoying cooking Asian and Indian meals. I love curry - only the high quality kinds that you do not find in the supermarket, in fact I have made a few of my own along with curry pastes. The nutritional value of curry is outstanding and somewhat overlooked by many.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Birthday meals. I let my children, friends and family pick whatever they want to eat and I will cook it for them.

Flank Steak a la Willyboy
MARINATE MARINATE MARINATE this recipe, and you will not be disappointed. The sauce left over after cooking should be reduced a little and great over rice, couscous or pasta.

Garlic Creamed Chicken
We roasted a whole chicken on the grill (beer butt chicken). My other twist was to roast thinly sliced potatoes until crispy then pile on chicken pieces then the sauce and bake about 20 min. The sauce really makes this meal unforgettable. Will make again!!
