Ok...just a little about myself. My name is Johnna Compton. I am fifteen years old and i have been cooking since i was 6. I have a great passion for cookin all sorts of food. My cousin is a vegitarian so that is one type of food i can cook very well. I don't really have any one favorite thing 2 cook. I love 2 cook in general. I was home alone one afternoon and just got a sudden urge to cook. Well, i was craving Chinese food and decided 2 attempt it. Nothing more than just some rice, chicken, and the right seasoning...Right? Well, needless to say...WRONG! It was a lot harder than i had expected it to be but i pulled it off and the dish was one of the best i've cooked yet. My cousin and i attempted to bake a cake about 4 years ago. It was probably 3 in the morning and we didn't have a double broiler that we needed 2 make the icing. Instead we just stacked 2 pots and let that suffice. Well, the recipe called for egg whites. We followed the recipe just as we were supposed to but as soon as we poured the icing on the cake it instantly cooked the egg whites that was in it and we had scrambled eggs icing our cake. It was horrible.
