Wow! These were yummy to the max. I added more graham cracker because we are both crust lovers :) They came out perfectly with a slightly concave center perfect for filling with the strawberry sauce found on this site. I used the back of my measuring spoon to compact the graham cracker. Our crust came out thick but crispy. Next time, even for the 2 of us, I will double the recipe because they taste so good the next day.

EXCELLENT!! Yummy! The topping is soooo good... Since there's just 2 of us, we had leftovers and the next day, the yummy crumbly topping was soft, but still good. I put in some lemon zest and vanilla in the batter and it perked the flavor. I'm not a great baker or cook, but these came out beautifully.
