Rich Chocolate Frosting

Excellent! I quartered the recipe (8 servings) for generously frosting 12 cupcakes and still had plenty left over. I didn't add any extra milk, since spreading isn't much of an issue for cupcakes, and I loved the way it dolloped.

Oatmeal Cake I

Quite Yummy! I forgot to add the salt, but it came out just fine. I made two 9" round cakes using a double recipe iced them both. I put the bottom layer under the broiler for a shorter time.
