Rich Chocolate Frosting
Excellent! I quartered the recipe (8 servings) for generously frosting 12 cupcakes and still had plenty left over. I didn't add any extra milk, since spreading isn't much of an issue for cupcakes, and I loved the way it dolloped.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Excellent! I made this with whole wheat flour instead of white. It was so sweet, moist and delicious!
