Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I just made this yesterday for a chili cookoff we held at work. Out of 10 entries I won 1st! I made it pretty much as the recipe said, but I did use about 1/2 lb of bacon and cooked it with the rest of the meat. I also couldn't find the spicy chili beans so I used a different kind of flavored bean, and I used light kidney beans. I let it simmer for about 5 hours, then reheated in a crockpot. Very good - not too spicy.

Chocolate Pecan Pie III
This was really good, just a hint of chocolate. Served with vanilla icecream. Husband and daughter loved it. Would make again for sure.
