I'm a wife, & mother of 2. I love to entertain, & cook for others. My friends all tell me I should open a catering service. But who has the time with 2 small children?! I really love to entertain. So being I have so many friends w/ different tastes, I usually do appetizers. I love my garden & it's fresh bounties, so therefore, a garden party come August, is also a delight! Christmas cookies with my 2 girls, Ali & Mady. The first time I ever baked a whole chicken, I didn't know there was a "bag of goods" inside. So what should have taken 2hrs, ended up close to 5. It was at a dinner w/ co-workers, & they were all older than me. Luckily, they all had a great sence of humor, & we had a good laugh over it.
