Pumpkin Protein Cookies
I wanted to comment on WANKO's comments that baking w protein powder "destroys" the protein... this is UNTRUE - it denatures it (changes the structure of the protein) but the amino acids remain the same... and baking is a better form of cooking w protein powder... as opposed to frying or other high heat methods...

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins
GREAT muffin for moms that want to use up those leftover pieces of fruit from the kids! i changed it slightly, with a doubled recipe, i subbed 1 cup of flour for 1 cup of wheat germ, used whole wheat flour, halfed the sugar and used brown instead, then used chunky banana pieces, diced apple and a couple leftover yogurt cups (i think vanilla, rasp and blueberry) VERY thick batter but it makes a VERY moist muffin!

Bran Muffins III
after reading of the blandness from other reviewers, i decided to add 2 small ripe bananas and 1 cup of raisins, and these muffins turned out really nice. i also added 1/2 a cup of wheat germ for added nutrition. they are just sweet enough too. very nice for breakfast.
