Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Way better than how I've usually done a roast. Bit salty but I'm a sodium junky anyways. Loved it, added carrots and potatoes. Also seared the outside of the roast before putting it in the cooker. Will make again!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
SUPER GOOD!!!! I've never been a fan of teriyaki ever but my husband is so I thought I'd give it a go. So glad I did. Husband devoured it! Made just as written served over white rice and side of brocoli. Will absolutly be making this again!

Pasta e Fagioli II
Followed others advice, used diced tomatoes and a bit of tomato paste. Added green beans and white beans. Tripled the garlic and used chopped carrots vs. grated. Also didnt have enough broth so added water and turned out FAB!!! Husband and mother-in-law raved. I impressed myself even. Thanks for the great soup.
