This is delish! Very light and refreshing. I added some chopped avocado and that went really well. Next time I might try adding blueberries or orange slices. The only problem is that it makes WAY too much dressing.... I have a lot left over and am not sure what to do with it, as one reviewer advised not to refridgerate it...?

We thought this was good but not amazing. I don't understand the rave reviews... definitely a solid recipe but I think I need to try other fried rice recipes before making again. I also thought the fish sauce was overpowering; this could have been in my head however, because my fiance wasn't bothered by it at all.

Don't be scared - these really are great! My mom has always made these... but refuses to tell people the recipe until the next day; it sounds gross but it is AWESOME! Easiest thing to make for a party... just use frozen meatballs (saves so much work and doesn't really sacrifice the taste), cook the sauce briefly on the stovetop and then dump the meatballs & sauce in the crockpot. It will seem like there's not enough sauce, but there is. As it heats and you periodically stir, it will fully cover. Turn on the crockpot for about 4 hours and voila!

This recipe is delish! I don't understand what makes it so good... but it really is. We love it. A couple comments - definitely don't use all that oil! I just use a drizzle to coat the pan when cooking the garlic/onions and then another bigger drizzle when the veggies are cooking. The second drizzle probably isn't even necessary; the veggies produce their own liquid as they cook down. Fresh basil makes it amazing; I've subbed dried basil in a pinch and it's still fine... but better w/ fresh. I also crumble the sausage when cooking instead of slicing it.. but that's a personal preference. This makes a TON of food and the leftovers taste just as good. Thanks for the yummy recipe!

SO GOOD! I brought this to a potluck and everyone LOVED it. I was really skeptical about the sour cream (I love ricotta) and about using "slices" of cheese... but it came out amazing... especially w/ the provolone and fresh basil. I followed the recipe completely, but did coat the noodles first w/ half the sour cream, so they wouldn't dry out. It makes a ridiculous amount of food, so be prepared!!!

I think this is delicious... except for the Italian dressing. I thought it added a weird flavor. I took another reviewer's advice and added 1-2 heaping spoonfuls of cumin and that fixed the problem. Now when I make, I only use a little dressing and always add cumin. Also good when substituting lime juice, as others have suggested. This always goes quickly at a party!

Wow, the spice rub is awesome!!!! Like other reviewers, I used olive oil instead of butter. Definitely double the spice mixture - you'll need it. I also used chicken tenders so there would be more surface area to coat w/ the spices. Yum, I will definitely make this again.

I've been making these for a few years and haven't met anyone who didn't LOOOOVE them! Very rich, but sooo good.

Yummm!!! Was in the mood for something sweet and had all the ingredients to make these... so easy! Brought the extras in to work and they were gone instantly! Some reviewers complained that the cookies came out flat...this didn't happen to mine, but can sometimes happen if you microwave the butter before mixing.
